I was helped by a very lovely and efficient lady on Saturday. Her name is Precious Nyauza. reference number: 4B90136. I have been asking for help yesterday to no avail being sent to pillar to post. Today, I called and was assisted by Princess. She firstly calmed me down as I was fuming from my previous encounter. She then sorted out my grievances very swiftly and also followed up. I am very happy!
