I was frustrated trying to get connected for the first time and I kept calling everyday for almost 3 weeks and wasn’t getting assisted well at all everything was a repeat every agent came and repeated exactly what we had gone through with the previous agent until I got lucky enough to be assisted by kashmeel he was very patient listened, polite he went the extra mile to even calling and checking if it was done..he was there for us until we got connected we are thankful for his Deligent service
