I was assisted via the WhatsApp chat very quickly. Requested a call back and was called within 5 minutes. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and polite, answered all my questions and is arranging for another team member to give me a call later today. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received which is not easy to say because it seems customer service gets swept under the rug by many companies. Love love love home connect
