I was assisted by Sandile Dubazana (***). He was very professional and talked me through the process of upgrading my fibre line. He went above and beyond his duty to expedite my connection. I am one very satisfied client. If only all call centre agents were as efficient as Sandile, the world would be a better place. I rate him 10 out of 10.
