I was applying for a new installation, Home-Connect have good turn around time for installation and returning of calls. My fiber was installed on a Saturday and it was activated same day. Follow up calls, ,emails and WhatsApp for update on my application from Home-Connect was highly appreciated. My application and installation was finalized within a week.
