I was about to cancel my month to month Contract with Home-Connect because of what I considered to be an offensive message through WhatsApp Platform from Home-Connect. Fortunately a lady by name RIA assisted me, undoubtedly at the end of our conversation felt that I needed to maintain my Account. I will definitely do so sister RIA. To Home-Connect this was a positive Human Resource investment. I will definitely be with Home-Connect for a very long time.
