i was a customer of home connect in 2019/2020 and the support function is fantastic because they operate until 8pm. Back then i used to get help quickly and the support line used to answer quickly. now this is not the case. anything after 5:30pm you struggle to get hold of them. The line cuts after 6min waiting time and you need to call back. After trying for 30min i eventually get hold of someone.
