I want my refund
I want to cancel and get my refund. I app**** on the 26th and they sent me a link to pay I used that link to pay and till today no fiber has been installed.
When I called I was told they will call me to come and install and as I’m always calling and following up only one consultant Sandile picked up the payment was not allocated but all along no one was telling me and even today payment not allocated so I don’t have fiber extra expenses as I work from home and can’t watch tv so I just want my refund home connect service is poor I’ve been sending my proof of payment but still nothing. I want my refund so I. Am get another service provider I’m stressed enough

09 Apr 2025, 14:48I still have not received help the is no solution to my query is it right for you to take my money you sent me a link and I paid and I sent proof as long since the 26th you are also costing me financially and draining me emotionally please give me a refund and cancel cause there is no solution

10 Apr 2025, 19:22At this point I’m beyond frustrated I just want my refund as you have my proof of payment that I have paid so I can get another service provider it’s been 2 weeks now I’ve paid and there’s no service and they tell me they telling me they waiting for payment to be allocated and I am spending more on data I’m so inconvenienced I don’t know what is so difficult as I have send you prof can I please have my money back
