I spoke with Khulekani Ndlovu and he is professional and friendly , my wifi is being hacked and he assisted with changed my password and the other issue is that I am not happy with the installation as I'm struggling to connect throughout the whole house and during the installation i was told that I would be able to connect throughout the entire yard, the cablr is not parallel to my house but it crosses through my neighbors yard and that's why they are able to hack my wifi, Khulekani told me that I would have to pay for them to move the cable that they installed horizontal in the 1st place, he gave me no solutions
