I spoke to Princess Nyauza, I been having having issue when my service is active, but the installation is done as yet, when I signed up contract, I advised there was Fibre in the building and I sent a picture, however no checked and advised that the installation is actually not done correctly, Princess took the time to check the picture and she advised it's not installed it and escalated the matter for installation
