I signed up with another ISP who quoted me just under R1000 for a 100/100 uncapped fibre line. Then there was a week long delay because an employee went awol. Then for the next month, they were trying to see if the area is live. Then for another month, they wanted to give me a 50/50 fibre line for just over 900, which is a similar price for half the speed. The agent blue ticked me on WhatsApp too and you have to constantly get in touch with them. I decided that enough is enough and phoned home connect. I was signed up while I was in a phone call, received the router within a week and the Internet worked immediately with no hassles. I should've went with home connect first instead of another very well known isp. Absolutely amazing service.
