I recently had a new preconfigured router delivered to me
I recently had a new preconfigured router delivered to me. But on connecting the device, the settings weren’t in place. I called in and spoke to Ntokozo (ref number 666449) She promptly assisted me in getting my new router configured and me back online 🥳🥳 Ntokozo is well versed on the products used by Home Connect. Her exemplary service will keep me a Home Connect customer 🙏🏻 Thank you for the great service Ntokozo.
