Worst service ever run by ****s. Paid for my services 30 May 2025 for the month of June. Got cut off nonetheless. Told to reapply. I did

Service still not reconnected despite home-connect having my money for a month today.

Constant emails that my line is unreachable when l have my phone in hand receiving calls from everybody else except them. Bunch of ******. Explains why initially they offered me 10%discount for a positive review. So don’t buy into the positive reviews. Never know who was bribed with a 10% discount to review positively. I hate them. They have no n infrastructure of their own and play agent for metro Fibre. When the service are down, that’s when you realize you have been played by a middle man who pretended to be owner of the service
