I paid for internet installation and connection

I paid for internet installation and connection. I received payment confirmations, they told me they would call me back, they didn't. I spoke to a Home Connect agent who told me the problem is with Vumatel. I contacted Vumatel, they haven't gotten back to me. I'm the one running after them now, after I paid for the services I haven't even received. No one is giving me any positive feedback. These people just took my money and went quiet.
