I ordered the service on Friday

I ordered the service on Friday. The following Tuesday the fibre was installed, and the technicians that installed my fibre were friendly fast and they even cleaned after themselves. My router got to me on Thursday. I mean I loved the service because it was quick, neat and they kept contact with SMS and followed up with a phone call. So overall it took me 5 days to get everything in order. I did not struggle as well. Even the website was user friendly.
