I needed an advice on which device should I purchase to keep my router running during loadsheding. So i sent a WhatsApp message to Home Connect but instead i immediately received a call from one of their agents by the name Silence Malefane. The guy was so friendly over the line and even went an extra mile by giving me more than two options on which device i needed to purchase. So far im still lucky to always find an agent that is happy and willing to assist when ever i need assistance.
