I moved to Home-Connect a few months ago after looking around and seeing that I could get a better fibre deal than with the ISP I was currently with. Home-Connect offered a very competitive price but I was nervous to move away from an ISP I had been happy with for over 5 years. However, I need not have worried, from the very first communication with them they have always been extremely helpful. They kept me informed leading up to the switch and were very prompt in helping me address an issue I had with the router they sent me. Thank you for the great service and super price!
