I just signed up with them and so far it has been terrible, the technician came to install the ONT device and did not come with a router, I got an email confirming my link was activated but when I connected the router I still have no internet, I had made it clear numerous time that I work from home and require internet to do so but the turn around time is 24-72 working hours which is crazy slow
