I have requested movement of connection from old address to new one on 14th April, on 16th April Vuma installed the ONT box, after that there’s no movement, no updates. On 24th April I was informed I must wait for 72 business hours for ISP to be released, which is 9 days, after that Home-connect will raise another ticket for force termination which is with 48 hours SLA, so another 6 days, after that they’ll take another 48 hours for activation for +6 days and then another 48 hours to activate the router so more 6 days. We are counting business days here…so in all Home-connect is asking for 30 business days to activate a fibre connection and they dont know from when this 30 days starts, is it from the day of application or day of installation or from when, they dont want to answer, all they are asking for is 30 working days. We are in 2025 and this is how fast home-connect can work.
