I have received nice service from Princess Nyauza who promised to follow up on my case.I have an issue with HomeConnect as they are debiting my account by issuing debit orders for reinstallation that I did not apply for.This is happening for the second month and the escalation department assured me that no reinstallation fee will be charged but they did the opposite.This service provider is useless and I would not recommend it to anyone.
