14 Jul 2023, 13:04Just a note. The Agent yesterday confirmed that the line should be active within 24 Hours. Done a follow up this morning through your Whatsapp channel and received a very short blunt response from Maleshoane. It came across very rude and told me to reach out to another chat if I need further assistance. One could see that not much effort was put in to try and understand the customers query.
