I have experienced difficulties with my new laptop which insisted on a 8 digit pin. I couldn't find it so I called Home Connect. Thuso, reference 570992, assisted by guiding me through where to look for it. It turned out that no 8 digit pin was to be found on the sticker, so he proposed that we reset it. I was hesitant to do that as I couldn't risk not having WiFi during the day. He promised to call me back at 15:00, which he did!!! And then through many tries, he figured out how to get me connected. I am so relieved and thankful for his patience and support. The fact that he kept his promise and did not give up on the problem, speaks volumes. Thuso was amazing, thank you Home Connect.
