I have been with home connect for about a year now

I have been with home connect for about a year now. Their service rarely drops and I consistently get the bandwidth I was promised. Still, it's IT and once or twice, things go down. But I've never had a problem getting issues resolved. Today the issue wasn't as simple as a router setting. But Kitso got it sorted for me. He called me back, let me know it was fixed and stayed on the line while we made sure. An excellent provider with excellent service. Thanks Kitso!
