I have been with Home-Connect for about 3 years now, and the quality of the service they provide is great, but when something happens, the customer service hasn't always been as great in the past. But this time around we had Lucien Chetty assisting us and he was super knowledgable and reassured us that he would not rest until our problem was sorted. We received wonderful service from Lucien that was swift and very professional.
