I have been using home-connect for about 3 years now and I have been experiencing great connectivity especially since I work from home full time, when there is going to be a down time every thing is communicated in time so that I can plan accordingly. When I have connectivity issues and I call the agents they are always friendly and willing to assist, they even call to check if the problem was resolved and if not that agent will try to assist and even escalate the matter and I truly appreciate the check-up calls because it show that they care about the product and their clients.
