I have been experiencing a huge delay the time I was applying for fibre I was told it's only takes a week to have it but I have been waiting almost a month no one says anything I always have to do follow ups. Finally had installation! Now I'm begging for router, going to three days waiting. This really frustrating as it costing my work. I need to be connected
