I have been an subscriber for 2 and a half years and that’s across 3 different locations and 3 different line speeds. Yes I have an issue here or there but they were always able to assist and get the issue resolved or advised as to why I am experiencing that issue such as when there is an outage in the area and I also receive SMS and email notifications of any outages in my area. Today I had an issue with my line speed and I reported it and within about 8 minutes I was being assisted and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes of me reporting it. Home-Connect is a isp I will always recommend to anyone and everyone as their customer service is really outstanding and they are trustworthy and reliable. They don’t shape or throttle your line and there is no fair usage policy. 5/5 stars will definitely recommend 👍🏻
