I have been a happy customer for over a year now. I relocated my services to a new address. I did experience problems as the relocation was not correctly logged by an individual. Everyone make mistakes. At first I was frustrated. But within 4 days of home-connects team dedicated to my case, it was solved. I now save R30 per month and have a better internet speed.
