I had trouble with re connecting with my wifi/router after my wife tried to hide the network from our neighbours I phoned Home connect technical support spoke to Cole and he is a real asset to your department and company he assisted me thru every step and even when we struggled a bit he kept on trying to help until all my network was restored thank you Cole for excellent service
