I had issue with my wifi not working
I had issue with my wifi not working. Issues started after 5pm which was already close of business. I logged a ticket and an agent but the name : Agent Name: Babalwa Ticket number: ***, which was quick to notice my frustrations based on the logged ticket. She promptly jumped on a call and we had a whole tshooting session addressing my issues. Thank you soo much Babalwa for the prompt assistance
