I had contacted home-connect because I was looking for a more affordable service provider than the one I was one. Home-connect had the perfect option for me as someone who was working from home. I was pleased throughout the whole process of switching to home-connect. The application was unbelievably quick and easy (I did it all online). They had even offered to activate my services earlier than anticipated but my contract with the previous service provider had not ended yet. Once it had ended, Home-connect was able to start the process, I had problems with my own router but within 2 if not 3 days home-connect sent through the router. They were quite efficient with answering and helping. They called me back when my calls and the support/technical team helped me on Whatsapp as well. I was actually in disbelief at the efficiency and how easy the switch was. When my router arrived all I had to do was plug it in and I was set. I am really glad I made the switch because I was paying way too much before and for a more affordable price, I am still getting an uninterrupted, fast wifi connection. I do not usually write reviews but props need to be given to the home-connect team. Thank you.
