I had an issue with ...
I had an issue with my home-connect and a week had passed without getting any help from a number of home connect consultants and Frogfoot...but on Friday I got through to Sinaso who walked me through and made sure my issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Her work ethic and resolved is the best I ever received from a customer service consultant. She is AMAZING!
