I had a great experience with home-connect from the beginning. When you phoned them you don't hold on the line for hours they are really quicky to answer the phone, even when you request a call back. They phone you back quickly. With every question I had with the process they were eager to help me resolve it as quickly as possible. I just received great service from them. I am truly surprised by the great service I received from either one of them in all the departments.
