I did a change of address with them. It took quite a while to do. I was told over and over it takes 24 - 72 working hours. I had phoned every 2nd day for updates, by the 9th day I asked for a Manager. The Supervisor contacted me and took my request up personally. He was able to give me the answers I asked for and we were able to get my wifi switched on with in a week. It helps to know what the problem is to get the nessacerary document ect to sort out everything.
