I dealt with the sales team remotely. I required the service to go live from the 27th, which it was. The router arrived before 11 AM the next day and I was 100percent up and running within 5 minutes. The router provided was more than up to the task and I have since retired my booster. Home-Connect is definitely the ISP to go with.
