I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Cole.He was absolutely proffessional and took his time to solve my query,which i must also mentioned was caused by my mistake of putting the wrong reference in my POP.Instead of throwing the rule book at me,he went the extra mile and looked for my Payment and then offered to escalate it to his Supervisor so i can be re-connected ASAP as he understands that i work from home and need the internet.Cole is a great example to follow for all call centre agents.You have a GEM in him!
