****! I chose a plan for R388 a month and paid for the router. Router was R1399. After activating my line they tried to debit me R1462! For what? They are telling me that I did not pay for the router. That time they can’t initiate a delivery for router if you didn’t pay for it. They asked me to send proof of payment to prove that I paid, that time I used their online payment gateway. They finally found the payment and said they will allocate the funds and now they constantly sending me emails and WhatsApp messages threatening to suspend my line. This is all from their system faults. Firstly they were not supposed to debit me R1462, they supposed to debit R388 for February services. So now I am paying for their mistake! Imagine! Avoid them at all cost. This is a horrible experience. I had to spend my time in the office trying to resolve this.
