I called Homeconnect yesterday, to address a concern about my WiFi

I called Homeconnect yesterday, to address a concern about my WiFi. I was assisted by Sinaso and although it was near closing time. She ensured that my concerns were valid and that she would assist where she could. Due to the fast approaching closing time, she told me what to do when I got home to my WiFi, and assured me she'd contact me the next day to address said concerns. True to her word, Sinaso called at the time she had told me she would, she then did what she could on her side to figure out what the issue was. Unfortunately because I work at the office, I can only test my WiFi when I get home. She instructed me on what to do and let me know to contact them back should there be any more issues. ***
