I app**** for fiber to my new home on the 27 July and needed it for 1st Aug since I was moving house, Chante and the team (Nomthandazo) did their best to get me online on the 1st. I was aware of the weeks turnaround time with them and Open Serve but they pushed my request to get special attention with Open Serve and I was sorted. Mind you me and my wife work from home and we have heavily dependence on having stable internet. Thank you
