I am very impressed by their services. They phoned me every day to provide feedback and updated statuses/information on my connection. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to speak to a person and not have to chat on whatsapp or a client zone portal. They were empathetic when I was struggling with the cancellation of my previous provider and assisted me along the way. I look forward to a long and happy customer relationship with them.
