I had an issue regarding re-activation of my fibre line, customer service consultant Mikayla Reddy, dealt with my query in a professional and polite manner was patient and ensured that all my questions was answered explained the process and listened to everything i said. I really do appreciate all the assistance in getting my new application processed and updating my fibre deal into a reaccuring deal. Keep it up.
