I am really impressed and happy with the service levels of the team at Home-Connect. I had an issue regarding my fibre prepaid connection which was my own error, customer service agent Lerato Mogano who took my call on three seperate occasions, dealt with my query in a professional and polite manner was patient and ensured that all my questions was answered explained the process and listened to everything i said. I really do appreciate all the assistance in getting my new application processed and updating my fibre deal into a reaccuring deal. Keep it up team you guys rock.
