I am not very happy because nobody returns my messages with regards to my account as well as the Router I was supposed to have received

I am not very happy because nobody returns my messages with regards to my account as well as the Router I was supposed to have received. I am paying the same rate per month with a router but don't even have it. My first month's debit was never processed and ended having to pay a double payment on my first debit.
