Hi, I wish to Appreciate all the Home connect staff that have been helping me: Patricia, Siyanda, Phumla, Thato, kgomotso and my best one Ramomedi. I have been having problems with internet and network for the past week or 2, and the service i have been getting from Home connect consultants is the best, I have no reason to change, and the last Lady that helped me today 15 March 2025, Ramomedi, you deserve a star sisi wami, you took your time and was so patient with me, even called me and stayed on the call with me for atleast 36mins, still kind, polite and updating me what's happening, even when she couldn't help, she asked for assistance and still did let me know, and I did not mind to hold until the problem was resolved. Thank you so much my problem was solved. I am a Chef so I know what is great service, your team just know and have that great costumer care services. We'll done
