How a call center agent can make a difference

I contacted home-connect via whatsapp with a query about static ips and routing and instead of getting messages back on whatsapp Rea gave me a call. She answered all my questions even though they were way above the normal technical scope. I never write reviews but Rea was just fantastic and she is a real asset for home-connect.
