Horrific service

Absolutely horrible service of late. Been a loyal customer since 2019. When having issues with the internet you can't get hold of technical support over weekends or week days after 5pm. They sent me a new router that was supposed to be preconfigured only to find out it's not. Then trying to get hold of them, they are not readily available. They send courier to collect old router with no prior arrangements whatsoever. Call them and their customer support says a manger will call you back. I am still waiting for that call and we are going on day 3 now.
