horrible service from home-connect isp

hi

home connect is doing this to try and keep business or making people angy... i am moving to a new ISP... better pricing... cancelled with them month and a half notice.... they stop my internet service the last day of the month.... but only cancel my Vumatel service 10 days later... so i cannot move over to the new isp as vumatel says my service is still active with home-connect... so cannot move over... and home-connect says they have cancelled so sorry my problem. asked for info. does not send anything. so i am still offline and cannot work from home as home-connect is either spiteful or want me to activate with them again. i log tickets with no response as they are not making money out of me anymore.
