Horrible router

The MTN home wifi R339 deal is such a horrible thing, since I got the router it does not connect to any device, it is always of 4G but does not connect the only time it connects is on LTE which is a big challenge, I cannot do anything with this router I have paid for two month but I am not using the service, I am disappointed MTN. Your call center is unhelpful.
