Horrible connection and no customer service!

Terrible service since I signed up in 2021, been requested assistance with my line which is unstable and glitchy. I work online and need good speed and stable internet. I keep losing money but they don't care. between Zoom and Home-connect, I am just a football that they kick around. I have requested a new line, a new router, and even a booster, but nothing. I am ****ed!
