Horrible connection

This is by far the worst service provider I have seen. I work from home and have been struggling with my connection since Wednesday which is understood that nobody works on a holiday. Today is the worst of all days. No connection at all and I can't get any work done. If I could I would rate it a zero. I logged a complaint and no call from anyone. This is beyond dissapointment. 😡😡😡😡 Please contact me on *** ASAP!
